These lovely pajamas will no longer be fit next Winter.

Winning and Losing

Watched a football match on the field for the first time.
Cheered a team on for the first time.
Tasted the bitterness of defeat on site for the first time.
Little boy, do remember what you learned from the book before:
"Winning or losing is not the most important thing in the world."
"Never and ever be the sore loser."
"Try your best and have fun!"

Working out an easy to follow exercise plan

Bought a Mi Band to track steps and sleeping pattern for Cruz.
10,000 steps/day is the recommended figure by experts for overall health and fitness. It is equivalent to about 19 laps of a 400m track.
Cruz always well exceeds to about 12,000 steps per day, possibly because of his continuous movement at home and in school.
Measured by the apps in mobile, Cruz's mom and dad are more or less the same making 9,000-10,000 steps daily on average. For mom, it includes walking from Kowloon Tong Station to her workplace for about 20 minutes every morning (only 3,000+ steps for 20 minutes walking though).

Push-up, dumbbell and resistance band exercises
Simply to stretch our bodies, strengthen the muscles, increase the rate of metabolism and hence to defer the old age
